People are surprised when they follow these basic first steps and then it works. People don't realize that they need to submit their dumps. Even discs that look perfectly clean still have to be cleaned. This comes up with every new release, and there's still a lot of people learning, which is why I mention it. Was replying partly to Randude14 who simply said they were having 'trouble reading' without being clear on the exact issue / error message, and partly to the thread at large. And I had the latest keys and if you saw my post I submitted the dump in the event there was an issue or different key needed. I still always attempt cleaning as the first step as well as restarting the software, the drive, and reinserting it. my discs are brand new and show no visible issues.
